Islamophobia is on the rise globally, and it is a grave threat to the safety and security of Muslims in the US and abroad. It also threatens religious freedom and equality worldwide. We need better tools to combat Islamophobic state policies and violence, now.
Congressional Representatives Ilhan Omar and Jan Schakowsky introduced the Combating International Islamophobia Act, legislation to address the rise in incidents of Islamophobia worldwide.
Tri-Faith is calling on Congress and the Biden-Harris administration to support the Combating International Islamophobia Act and make a special envoy for combating Islamophobia a reality.
